Scout HQ and Marquee Hire

The Group has a number of marquees, the scout HQ and various other things (tables, chairs, benches) available for functions and events at very reasonable rates.

Big Top style marquee (20ftx20ft canvas, requires 35sq feet erection space)

£95 recommended donation for weekend use.

Smaller party marquees (22ftx11ft)

 £45 recommended donation for weekend use.

Scout HQ hire is £10 per hour (minimum two hours hire)

All proceeds to go to help cover the costs of managing Scout HQ .

We also need volunteers to join our marquee erection team.  

No previous experience is required and an experienced member
of the team oversees all jobs! 

We just need additional man (or woman!) power we can call on. 

Marquee loans brought in over £1000 last year. 
It's a worthwhile activity that keeps our costs down!
